Shipping & Returns
The gift items are shipped by using the services of our courier partners, so the date of delivery is just an estimate.The gift may be delivered a working day before or after the estimated date of delivery.
Our courier partners do not call before delivering an order, so it recomended that some one should be present at the given address to receive the packet.
Once the gift is shipped the address cannot be changed or neither the delivery can be redirected to any other address.
Deliveries does not take place on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery May take longer due to bad weather conditions, political disruptions or any other unforeseen circumstances.
If the delivery is not executed during the attempt you shall still be charged for the order in the following cases such as wrong shipping address provided, receipent not available, the house is locked or the receipent refuses to accept the delivery.
Order delivery totally depends upon the payment credited in Awwsme Gifts account , order will not be processed unless payment is received by us.
No refunds are allowed. In any case if a wrong or defective product have been delivered do let us know the earliest and provide unpacking video without cuts with in 2 working days. We will either deliver a new product or refund the amount to you within 7 to 10 business days
All the gift packages are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. And as soon as your order is dispatched ,you will receive a tracking number through which you can track your gift.

Return & Exchange Policy

Awwsme Gifts is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
Gift products are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient is refusing to accept the delivery.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
In the event that the product is out of stock or we are unable to provide your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment.

Online refund is credited directly to the customer within 48 working hours. Once processed by Awwsme Gifts, refund takes 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
